Our Driver team

Driver recruitment and retention is obviously an essential part of what we do and the quality of our professional driver team is something we are very proud of. Much in the same way we work with clients, our relationship with our drivers is based on understanding and respect. We are constantly recruiting new drivers and our in-depth interviews allow us to fully understand what a driver is looking for and match that to what a client requires. Our extensive client base enables us to offer a huge variety of work and that ensures drivers are not asked to take on roles that simply don’t suit them or the client. In turn this allows us to have extremely high driver retention, and ensure our clients are supplied with the best possible drivers for their business.

We have a large number of drivers that work with us and across a wide spectrum of work but all drivers must meet with Drivens standards no matter what the position. We understand that in order to support huge fluctuations in volume from our clients we need a driver pool that is suitably flexible. The majority of our driver team are full time drivers who have worked with us for a long period of time and that team is supported by ad hoc, weekend and occasional drivers who are equally important members of the Driven team.
