Recruitment Consultant in Wakefield

Driven Logistics are currently on the lookout for a highly motivated and keen individual to join our ever-expanding company as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.

This role is Monday to Friday and the office hours are 9am-5pm.

The right candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Identifying new sales leads and building your own client base, developing long lasting relationships with clients along the way
• Proactively and consistently strive to identify and obtain new business opportunities
• Source suitable vacancies in line with company policies and sales procedures
• Organising and attending meetings with old and new clients
• Identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements
• Monitor responses and applications received and ensure candidates applications are processed efficiently
• Interviewing successful applicants and placing into suitable roles
• Manage the recruitment and selection process by effectively liaising with the client, candidate and internal teams
• Being on call out of hours to meet the demands of the role
• Working in a fast-paced and extremely busy office, being able to meet deadlines and targets effectively
• Working as a team but being able to use your own initiative to generate your own work
• Maximising opportunities to advertise and progress the business
• Negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise profits but also keep clients and candidates satisfied

What we are looking for:

• A recruitment or strong sales background is preferred but not essential
• Experience in a similar industry would be advantageous
• Someone who is self-motivated with a drive to succeed
• Confidence and excellent 'people skills'
• A valid UK driving licence
• A committed individual who is willing to go above and beyond
• Someone who is able to take calls in unsociable hours for their on call duties
